Maybe the group chat is where you feel most like yourself. Maybe scrolling makes you compare your life to everyone else’s. Maybe gaming is how you stay close to friends, but the argument about when to log off is getting old.
We can look at what you get out of being online, what it costs you, and what you’d actually like to change.
Self-esteem, identity & family
What else can we talk about?
Feeling misunderstood at home, figuring out who you are, getting through friendship drama, or learning to say what you need without spending the next three hours replaying it.
How I work
What’s a session like?
I ask questions, use humor, and pay attention to patterns we can make sense of together. We might rehearse a tricky conversation or pull out art or writing when talking alone isn’t getting us there.
For parents and caregivers
If you’re seeing more conflict at home, a drop in confidence, or a shift in your teen’s screen habits, a consultation gives us a chance to talk through your concerns and what support might look like. I offer online sessions across California, including after-school appointments, and in-person appointments on Mondays and weekends in Los Angeles.

Teen therapy flyer
Share this flyer with a teen, caregiver, or school counselor. It covers common reasons to reach out and how to get in touch.
Schedule update · In-person sessions are now available on Mondays as well as weekends.
You don’t need to know exactly what to say when you reach out. We can talk about what’s going on, answer your questions, and see if we’d work well together.
