For teens

Sound familiar?

Maybe you opened your phone to answer one text and somehow came away feeling worse about your entire life. Maybe you and your parents keep having the same fight, and everyone can recite their lines by now. Or maybe you’re just tired of everyone having an opinion about who you’re supposed to be.

I help teens figure out what’s going on, what they want to change, and how to say what they mean without the conversation turning into a whole thing. I ask questions, use humor, and sometimes bring in art when words aren’t doing the job.

Teen therapy

Self-esteem, friendships, family conflict, and figuring out how much space social media, gaming, and your phone get in your life.

02 / For couples

Couples therapy

If you keep leaving the same conversation with two different versions of what just happened, we can slow it down and make sense of it together. I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent couples.

03 / For adults

Individual therapy for adults

Maybe you’re exploring autism or ADHD, making sense of a late diagnosis, or exhausted from looking like you have it together. I also work with adults navigating burnout, big decisions, and patterns they’re trying to change in their families or relationships.

We can talk about setting boundaries, handling big emotions, or sorting out what you actually believe after years of meeting other people’s expectations. You can come in with questions about neurodivergence at any stage.

My approach

Therapists are mirrors, not maps.

I’ll help you see patterns, strengths, and choices that can be hard to notice from the inside. You get to decide what to do with what you see.

More about how I work

Start with a conversation

Let’s see if we’re a good fit.

You don’t need to know exactly what to say when you reach out. We can talk about what’s going on, answer your questions, and see if we’d work well together.
